The bus is 12 meters in length and its design manifest speed, strength and dynamic. The Yinlong hydrogen fuel cell bus has a design that symbolizes a “running horse” on the grassland. The base color of the bus body is white and black, which symbolizes simplicity and technology respectively. Adorned with dragon-eye front headlights and horsetail like taillights, the appearance of the bus is vivid and life-like, inviting feelings of amazement and fun, which complement the passionate and unrestrained “horse culture” of the Chinese nation. 

Intelligent Power Circulation System Empowered by Hydrogen Titanium Power

Unlike traditional hydrogen fuel cell bus, Yinlong hydrogen fuel cell bus uses a newly developed hydrogen-titanium powertrain technology that combines the power generation system of hydrogen fuel cell with Yinlong LTO power batteries, fully upgrading the intelligence of the vehicle power system. The Yinlong hydrogen-titanium powertrain technology combines the advantage of high energy density of the hydrogen fuel cell and the advantage of high-power density of the LTO batteries. The combination of the two helps to achieve an intelligent circulation of the power system that features long drive range, strong power, wide environmental adaptability, low running noise and zero emission and zero pollution.

When the vehicle is running, the hydrogen fuel cell system can charge the power battery according to the control strategy. When the power demand is large, the lithium battery system will discharge, and jointly supply power to the vehicle with the fuel cell system. “Frequent charging and discharging operations will be an extreme test on the safety and durability of the lithium battery system," said a participant on the site. LTO battery can be charged and discharged for up to 30,000 times. There is no need to replace the battery during the operation cycle of the vehicle, which not only effectively saves the operation cost of the vehicle, but also makes it a "good partner" of hydrogen fuel!

In addition, Yinlong Energy hydrogen fuel cell bus adopts advanced intelligent auxiliary driving safety system device and multiple electronic safety technologies to realize the data information management of the vehicle. Equipped with 360° panoramic viewing system, the ultra-wide-angle image transmission device collects the image around the vehicle and accurately locates the position and distance of obstacles, helping easy parking of the bus and reducing the occurrence of accidents such as scraping. At the beginning of 2021, Yinlong Energy hydrogen fuel cell bus was successfully put into operation and delivered to Wuhai City, Inner Mongolia, to promote the green development of public transportation in Wuhai with "green power" and further promote the development of hydrogen energy industry in Wuhai and Inner Mongolia.
